"Copied" MW2

Hello ^^,

first: Yes i bought MW2 :).

Well when alteriw was still online, for being able to play online MW2 on steam AND alteriw, i just moved all the MW2 files I downloaded by steam into another and let steam download all the MW2 files again. so I could be able to play alteriw AND MW2 on steam.

So here is my question: Am i still be able to do this with the new iw4m?
