No. aCI will ban you. You will need to rank up again. There's like 4 years of quad XP though so it should be easy...

You can't import stats. I've seen some people who seem to have successfully done so (indicated by the P20 level marker), but there's no telling if they will be banned at some point.

 

Let's say you're at P10L80 with 2500 MP5 kills on the Steam or Tekno version; that progress is a complete waste. It's...a completely arbitrary, asinine rule unfortunate that they have decided to block this; I worked quite hard for those titles only to lose them again. It is, in theory, easy to add checks to determine whether or not the imported stats are legitimate (for example, comparing the total number of kills vs. total weapon kills in each individual challenge, and prestige level vs. total time played).

 

Anyways. For those who say it's "trivial" or "easy":

Going from Level 1 to Level 80 will take you 8 hours to do, predominantly playing TDM/FFA.

However, there's no real need to prestige beyond the special titles; there are 15 custom classes unlocked from the start (that is, after you've passed level 4) and Double XP/Weapon XP does nothing if bought with a token.
