hi guys i just set up my dedicated server and i can connect with ip and port , my friends can do the same but what my serv isnt in servers list ?

i already checked tis http://www.tdc-clan.eu/4d1/ and i didnt see my serv can you help me ?

ps my server is named : brotip friendly server snd hardcore bestmaps and ip:port is 192.168.1.14:28960
