I dont understand what they meane there.

I'm gonna give you something that I made, but hasn't been properly tested yet.

So, MAKE A COPY OF YOUR GAME FOLDER and use it there.

Extract the file (IW4M_doctor.bat) that I'm going to attach here to the copy that you made of your game folder.

Double-click that batch file that you extracted, to run it.

 

The risk is that it may delete all the files in that folder (yap, I lost my game files 2 or 3 times while writting the batch, until I finally got it straight) :3 that's why I tell you to make a copy of the folder and try it there.

If everything works as well as it did on my computer, the game will launch after you run the file.

The purpose of this batch file is to delete all unused files (and that may be causing a crash like the one you're having) in IW4M.

If anything goes wrong and it deletes all the files in that folder... nevermind, it was just a copy of your game folder

Well, I told you that it wasn't properly tested yet It was supposed to protect the needed files and delete all the rest. But if it fails on setting file permissions, it will just delete everything (that's why I told you to run it on a copy of the game folder).

If the batch file didn't work for you, you'll just have to go through the manual process, wich is what you said that you didn't understand on a previous answer to this topic.
