Dedicated Server Time Problem

Hi ,

I'm running a dedicated server and everything is fine with it except nobody can connect to the server !

The error message is " Connection Timed Out " ,

So i noticed that the server clock isn't set properly and i tried to adjust it with instructions from a topic here but when i change the time and date it keeps going back to its original false value .

Is there anything i can do to make this right ?

BTW the server is running on a VPS with Windows Server 2003 .
