Settings Problem

This is one of the most annoying problems I had!!

I'm running Modern Warfare 3 on 55 fps :)

Everything is on Extra/High

 

But the problem is that I can't set ' Texture Settings ' to extra.

Everytime when I set to extra It backs to normal.I'm asking myself WTF!!??!! Why!?!

 

I set my config_mp.cfg to ready only, but It doesn't change anything :(

Also trying to run MW3 on Windows XP Service Pack 3, still nothing.

 

IF someone knows how to fix it, just PLEASE reply
