every time i try to launch iw5m nothing happens. it just the mw3 logo on the screen. how do you fix this?

I can't launch either it keeps saying:Erroe durring initialization-Steam must be running for initial authentication to suceed.Please start Steam and restart game to continue.HOOOW?Steam is running 100% even i can run original within steam so why that stupid question all that time omg its annoying what is happening?Anyone else have this issue?
