I tried resetstats (i don't have any profile in my pc), and nothing. My profile is default lvl 70 10 prestige, with everything unlocked, all classes are renamed, but i can't change my classes.

So, what i'm supposed to do to reset my status?

If you want to reset everything, you can always rename this account to ReconMau5_ and create a new account.

You probably need another one, not sure. Try it

And delete those .stat files from your players folder, or you'll keep importing the messed up stats to any new account that you might create (zip them to keep a souvenir and then delete them)

but my installation was clean, no stats on it.
