If i host a server with a new map like Burgertown etc. and someone is playing on the server, but hasen't already downloaded this map he gets kicked. Is there a way to host this maps anywhere like custom maps in CoD4, so he can just downloads the map and doesn't get kicked?

Nope, you can't do that. He will have to get the map manually in order to play it on your server.

In theory if the map maker has packaged everything in an iwd, has fs_game set to load the iwd as a mod, and the leveldependency is in the player's dll it should download the required files when you join the server.

if he owned mw2 legally he would have the map, so we don't need a share system for any gamefiles since custom-stuff is as of now not loadable. if you have too much bandwidth you could try to integrate the fastfile in a mod but i doubt this will be able to actually run

you're right. i don't know if maps could be downloaded through 4d1 like in cod4, but i DO know how to load them if the fastfile is present. so since we don't have any real custommaps yet we don't need stuff like fastdownload or any other sharesystem.

The "script files" works the same way as .GSC's, only the host have to have the files, so it can't be that.

In this case, OP's friend doesn't have the file "Invasion.ff", which is probably why he gets kicked.

 

Either that, or OP's friend got the old revisions, resulting in that he haven't got the right map dependencies.

No one wants to do this. So i asked for some solutions they can maybe download them from a hosting site or server. Like in CoD4 or like Mods can be downloaded.

I guess that a proper updater including the download of necessary SP maps will be coming soon.
