IW4- ERRO "SYNCHRONIZING GAME SETTINGS"

I have a problem in the game iw4 whenever I choose a game to play and it carries all but the bar upstairs is "synchronizing game settings" and never gets into the game and then spends some time back to the login page!

help me please
