Anyone else having random lags spikes server wise? I had to change twice to different providers due to the server giving short lag spikes to the users.

I am starting to think that it is the game or the version :/

 

Dedicated server 4 core 4 gb ram hosting 4 servers with cpu at 20% without spiking gives tiny lag spikes with 1gb bandwidth speed.

 

Finally, I want to mod the servers but once I put the server addon files the game crashes (d3d9.dll crashes the server). DidUknoWiPwn was kind enough to tell me that I need version 1.4382 of the addon.dll. but many plugins won't work

 

Do i need to download a non-updated version of mw3 so it can work with most plugins?

 

Any inputs would be appreciated.
