We're having problems with my friend ([ACE] Barney) in trying to play together (1v1). He doesn't know how to get the full IP of his server because what it says is Listen Server. Any help is appreciated.

1v1 as in private match? http://www.whatsmyip.org/

yesh. he said he made it already but he only gives me his ip. When I ask him for the port, he says "What port? I don't know there's a port needed."

If it's a private match, you won't have to include any port on connect since a private match always runs on the game's default port (28960)

Still, your friend (whoever is the host) needs to forward port 28960 on the router, and allow it on whatever firewall he might be running.
