You can still enable ''full screen-no border'' and alt tab out of the game perfectly fine.

You can you must go to xfire_games.ini then find MW3, when you found it go to MW3 MP and it MUST looks like this:

Just delete all in the LaucnherDirKey and Launch:D

Or just, you know, delete that stupid program and use steam instead.

I used to know, as I recall the xfire beta stopped it from working properly. (It may be the other way round, eg. It works with beta but not standard xfire. {Or maybe that was ages ago, and the beta I am talking about is the standard client})
