Please help me out , when i was trying to join a map while loading, it give me an error

and sometime the game are changing to another map it also have this error too :(

    You haven't got the dlc map or verify if you have in zone --> english folder if you have mp_park

     

    zone/dlc, not zone/english.

     

    Do you have the DLC maps?

     

    Obviously he doesn't. Even if he does, he doesn't have them in the correct folders.
