i want to install the new maps of call of duty MW3

 

i downloaded this file

i extracted the 2 files and putting them in the game's folder

 

and run LaunchIW5M.exe

 

it downloaded some files and finished then i logged in while running steam.

 

the game can't load any map

 

the problem comes here, any map don't open and the game give me an error and I'm seeing blackscreen.
