Someone used a Reloaded-Cracked-version of the IW5SP.exe to make it work with 4D1Вґs intro.

I would like to try this with the current 1.9.448 exe.

 

Can anyone give me a tutorial how to implement the 4D1 intro and deactivate the Steam auth ?

Not sure whether this works with IW5M, but it does with IW4M, so have a go:

 

Open it with HxD, and look for "steam_api.dll", ending with null (00). Replace it with "iw5m.dll", also ending with a null. Note that auth will still run through IW5M, so the related steam checks apply. For the 4D1 intro, you'll need to convert it to a .bik and replace the existing intro in main/video.

Thank you. I fixed the exe. Its now running on 1.9.448 and it shows the 4D1 intro.

But.. its taking about 20 seconds to start up like you said already.. and everytime a STEAMSTART is created in the folder.

At least it runs without Steam now and i can update this everytime a update is coming out..

i used the steam_ap2.dll from Reloaded itself. Now i only have to fix the startup-lag and the name showed off..
