Ping jumps

Hello!

until 2 days ago I played IW5M flawlessly. yesterday I formmated my computer and suddenly im getting

high ping. in the server browser I see servers with around 100 ping but when I enter it jumps from 120 to 999 ,etc. im having lags...

 

how can I fix this? im thinking its because of port fowarding - what are the necessary ports for IW5M?

excuse me for my english :)
