Yo 4d1 staff or experienced Users. I wanted to ask if i'm able to use the newest FoV Changer which allows me to change my FoV up to 100. It's programmed to start the normal Mw3 in Steam. Yea i know i'm able to change the FoV in the configs or in the console to 90, but is there any way to get it too 100 ?

And yes, i already read DidUknowiPwn's post in another thread.

No that's not considered cheating, you know you can just use cg_fovScale 1.x to 2, getting the same results of a FOV above 90.

 

It although \cg_fovScale is DVAR cheat protected in Modern Warfare 2 (IW4M), but seeing as Modern Warfare 3 (IW5M) lacks DVAR cheat protection, you're able to use it.

 

Infinity Ward made various commands cheat protected that really shouldn't have been, but whatever.

cg_fovSclae should not be blocked as a Cheat DVAR, it does not seem like a cheat -.-

It's normally cheat protected in the 'Steam version'... Logic would help you understand what I was saying.

It already does at 90. If you look closesly while reloading the akimbo MP9's you'll see a third hand in like the left bottom of ya screen.

Have you used the stock MP412 at >90 FoV? Is that a floating throwing knife or are you happy to see me?
