I have a problem with Apache, I installed Wamp, but if I do Test Port 80, it say: "Your port 80 is actually used by :" I already checked and on the file httpd.conf the port is set as 80, I tried to unistall Skype too, but it's not working. This problem doesn't let me get access to localhost and so I can't create a Database for B3.

There are two common issues that some wamp users go through. One is not being able to use port 80 for apache, the other one is MySQL service not being able to start for some reason. That's why I made the tutorial installing each component individually (and some people complained "why didn't you make the tutorial with wamp? it's much easier")

Anyway, open httpd.conf and bind another port for apache (moving to port 81 use to fix it)

Then, use "localhost:81" for the address.

I used Wamp for about 3 month, and it worked until yesterday, and today I have this problem. Anyway, I'll try to set port 81.

If it worked until today, then try restarting your computer before attempting any changes.

Maybe you started another service on port 80

Find what's taking port 80 and stop it.

I found the process ID but it's not on Process list on task manager

Click to show processes from all users.

If it's running, it has to show up there.

Ok i found the process, "httpd.exe" and now? Do i need to stop it?

httpd.exe is part of apache.

Apache is using port 80, but I can't connect to localhost or 127.0.0.1 because it say that port 80 is already used. Any port that I set it say it's used.
