help with ping

so i have a good internet connection and im running full bars all the time on my laptop, but my ping is still 170-200s even after i looked on youtube how to reduce ping. while i see people with 40 and 70 ping. any tips on how to reduce it or anything that might help. thanks!

    there are many tutorials on google lowering your ping also re-installing OS can decrease a lot of ping.
