It's a known problem, caused by some firewalls.

Try disabling your router firewall, if you can.

EDIT: just noticed that you have the same ISP as I do (meo)

You won't be able to fix that issue with that router that the ISP provides. I just had to buy another router to be able to play, and some other friends of mine who didn't switch their routers still can't play.

Bom. Ja vi que es PT :). Ah alguma maneira de resolver isso sem comprar um router novo? Eu ja tentei desativar a firewaal do router e o UnP mas continua com o esmo problema

We can't use another language on this section.

Use this section for portuguese language:

viewforum.php?f=26

As for your question, unfortunately, seems not.

Although the router's interface shows an option to disable the firewall, the ports keep closed, no matter what you do with it.

Yes, it's a stupid firmware. I'm glad that I got rid of that annoying piece of crap...

Oh ok i didn't knew about that tha language sorry. So thanks again. Would it fix this if i'd install an VPN?

Опубликовано:

Only if the server that you're connecting to is part of that VPN, wich is not the case.

Face it... if you have that ISP, sooner or later you'll have to buy a decent router yourself because they use that same crappy router ever since they launched their service.

I heard some rumors that the routers that come with the fiber service don't have those problems, but once again, it was just rumors, since fiber will take it's time to get to where I live :P

hmm. sad were i live i can't have fiber :S, so i have to get a new router...

Don't get a dsl router. Get a generic router with a WAN port.

You'll have to disable the internet on the ISP's router, but you'll have to keep it for IPtv.

The ISP's router will receive the dsl signal, will output signal to the new router through LAN1 port and IPtv through the three other LAN ports. Connect an ethernet cable from LAN1 port on the ISP's router to the WAN port on the new router and configure the internet service login on the new router.

You should really post this issue on the portuguese section of the forum, since several other people here in Portugal are having this issue.
