when i try to open the game after 5 secs it says the steam must be running ..wtf?i opened the steam and then it said i dont own mw3..so what i did wrong ?..help fast plz

You do know that when you open Steam it gives you a new error ? I'd say you need to read what the error says and read it carefully.
