That image is part of iw_00.iwd (a file in "main" folder)

Make a Steam check or reinstall the game to fix it.

Do you work if you download iw_00.ivd and copy the main folder?

It works if you can get the right iw_00.iwd, wich is by doing a Steam check or reinstalling the game.
