4D1 Recording issue(s)

Don't really know where to post this topic and if there is already this sort of topic pls link me that :)

 

So whenever I try to record my awesome clips, I get this ''Lost connetion to host'' thing. IMO I do everything correctly (demofixes etc...) and still this happens??? What should I do?
