What's your Graphics card and how much RAM do you have?

graphics card : GeForce 9600 GT.

RAM : 2048MB (2 GB)

Yap, that's low hardware.

I would advice you to get 1 or 2 more GB of RAM if you're running a 32-bit operating system, or some 6GB more RAM if you're running a 64-bit operating system (considering that your motherboard or processor supports it)

You played until you ended up running out of memory. Plain simple.

Try closing stuff running in the background to save some memory, or just put more RAM on that computer.

This plus setting your texture quality to low manually, might help a bit.
