Uh....all of a sudden, my game goes WAYYYYY slow, and when I manage to actually join a server, I have 999 Ping.....I've gone as far as disabling my firewall AND disabling my Anti-Virus, though those have never caused any problems before.

I don't know but, this just suddenly started, and it wasn't happening an hour ago.

Might be with any external programs/other people eating your bandwidth/server's fault/ a lot of other things.

I will recommend you restart your PC, your router and join a different server.

Restart modem and router. Go to your router's manager, should be something like http://192.168.0.1/

Revoke any unknown clients from your network. Make sure the network is encrypted with either WPA or WEP.

Download Peerblock, this program should block any malicious networking organizations like advertising, or virus sites, and even some botnets. In my experience it's saved my ping from DDoS & DoS attacks.

Hopefully this helps

Also look at running MalwareBytes, it might pick up on hidden background stuff that you are unaware of that could be affecting your pc and bandwidth
