I have a crash saying " LunchIW5M has stoped working " when i lunch it help me pls ! :?

What operating system are you using?

Also, that crash window should have an arrow pointing down. If you click that arrow to expand the window, you'll get a description of the error.

You should have notice that you're also having problems installing some other applications.

You're not the first to experience that problem. But the only solution for it is to reinstall windows, since .net Framework 3.5 is part of windows 7

An alternative to the drastic solution of reinstalling windows 7 is to try a .net framework fix from microsoft:

or try to update your framework to 4.0, also from microsoft:
