The title said my problem till this moment I can't connect to any dedicated server

(server connection timed out) problem, and yes I tried the time synch thing but didn't help.

So tech support can you give me any advices or info?

I hope there is, still most people got their problem solved with the time sync fix. We are yet to receive any other reports with the same problem, so I don't really know.
