Hi, my laptop is able to run MW2 with four delta one at high settings and shadows, my ping averages 60 and i am fed up with all the lag. When i play by myself on "private match" there is absolutely no lag. But when playing on any online server, there is lag every 1.5 seconds, even on the lowest settings. My ping is around a hundred lower than all other players but they see me lagging and easily kill me. I would appreciate it if the community of four delta one players could help me out on this issue. Also, i did not update the game, install or patch it. reason being that i have a net framework error and there is no version of runtime to run this application. please help

The problem is from the server which you are connected to.

In that case try it portfoward...If it persists it's from your router.
