Anybody knows how to fix it?

start it from "b3_run.py" not "b3_run.exe" make sure you are using Python Source B3 (1.8.1)

but i dont have b3_run.py

 

and how would you even run a .py file?

did you located all plugins correctly? don't leave them you need to enter them at each right path if you are going to use it
