Since IW5m executable is not based on the newest version of the official game you won't be able to use the latest available version of the admin tool.

 

And since IW5m executable is on ".dat" extension and gets launched by the 4D1 launcher, you will have to launch the exe file directly so that the inject of the admin tool works. This is just a though and i'm not sure if it will work. (had used this admin tool on official MW3 servers though).

 

You can try, and let us know if it works.

 

Only, I will advice you try B3 as it's much much better than that admin tool.
