Hello. i have problem when i want start my mw3 with FDO i have that problem

 

Try verifying cache on steam

That image is part of "iw_01.iwd"

Either do as napsterlove recommended, or get that file from a friend.

I downloaded org disc image and unload them with Phoenix. To play it must be downloaded with steam ?

I would suggest getting the files from steam as it's easier (maybe not quicker, but still)

Move your mw3 installation to this location:

(please note, if you're on windows XP it won't be 'Program Files (x86)' but just 'Program Files'. I don't know about 32 bit OSes)

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3

In that folder you should have:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\main

and so on

 

Once you've moved it there, open steam, go to Library, click the drop down button next to the 'Search' function at the top Steam below "STORE" and LIBRARY" then then select "Tools". From here, find mw3 dedicated server and install it

It should install the files you've moved there and then verify it and install anything that's missing

Once done, continue playing

Next problem i patched all and now i can run game but when i click find game and no meatter what option i have info "Communication with Iwnet was interrutped"

 

and when i goes to option servers and connect mannualy i have error "mp_italy"

There is no matchmaking in IW5M, only dedicated servers.
