I run two servers from a dedi box at the same ip that I play from. I can have both servers up, go away for an extended period of time (maybe a few hours...maybe a lot less) and then come back to check the servers. Usually, there is only one showing up, if either, in the Master Server List. I check the dedi box, both servers are running fine, but I can't see them in the list or at the .mufffin addy.

Hell, sometimes I can simply restart either server and go and look for it and it's not there. Then again, if I go to bed or something, come back and don't see them in the list, restarting them makes them show up...I'm confused.

Can someone please explain this to me? Is there some setting I need to change? Not quite sure how it all works.

Thanks, Slow

It's random, Until last night, I was running it from the SAME pc I played from and had the same problem.

Now I use another pc w/ Windows Server 2008 R2

It's as if my Internet connection closes or something and the only way to open it is by rebooting the server or pc. But I'm not losing internet.

Also, when I refresh the server list, the number of servers I can see changes every time I hit refresh slightly by about 1 to 10 or servers. So it's never the same amount two refreshes in a row. Does that have anything to do with it?

Tried DMZ and firewall off, still disappears.

OK, I'm using the QoS feature on the new router now and my server's seem to stay up now, no disappearing. (fingers still crossed)

Now I have another issue. When I view the MSL in-game, I only see about half of the servers. If I turn QoS off (router), I refresh, and then I see all of them. These are the settings I have but I have tried numerous other variations. Anybody ever heard of this or know a work-a-round?
