You need a modified iw4m.dll to change names/ add clantags and so on.

I don't think changing names while in a loaded map is possible, since that doesn't work in ANY CoD game. The name always changes as soon as the map is unloaded.

 

I'd also really like this feature. And I guess since the aCI is not supposed to run on reports but on detecting dll's changing names wouldn't really matter? Was possible in the old alterIW and it wasn't really hacker infested. And since every user on this forum has a unique forum ID, if reports are there, they could go via that ID? Alias never really is a good way to uniquely identify somebody anyway.

In CoD4 you can change name while ingame everytime you spawn again on SnD you're name will be like you've entered the previous round with the /name command.

Cheaters aren't banned by name so why is that important? If that's how they were banned, they'd change their name after their ban.

There a reason they added Stats Tracker attached with accounts. To prevent Name Changers and Hackers. Next time try to make sure the username you make fits for you.
