Updating Rank & Unlocks

Been having this issue most the day for past several hours. Game runs fine, doesn't crash, but just can't fetch Update Rank & Unlocks off the Online Status window in game. Just keeps loading, while playlists and connecting to IWNet shows complete. Tried to restart game several times since seen that may help, but same issue, even left game up for a bit, came back and still stuck loading it. Any help or tips?
