30 sec wait time and killcam fix?

Hey!

I wonder if it's anyway to remove the 30 secs wait thing after each map?

Cause it's pretty annoying.

 

And on the killcam there is no slowmotion like on consoles (xbox/ps3).

I wonder if it's any way to make it fade into slowmotion just like on consoles?
