MW3 splash screen freeze

Hello forum,

 

I've been playing MW3 for a few days now without problems, until this occured.

 

Whenever I start MW3 it loads up the slash screen and then it does nothing.

 

What I tried:

Delete caches.xml

Re-install the game

Read the common Q&A (Could not find it)

 

Can anyone help?

EDIT: I was browsing the forums and crossed by a link and it seems the server is down.
