What? opening ports has nothing to do with lag. Do you talk about graphical lag or 'network-lag' ?

Your weird sentence already implicits that you mean a high ping, but just to be sure.

Close any network related software running in the background and be sure that there are no big datatranfers to other clients in your network.

beside i turned off all programs that uses internet for updating or that using the internet for the main purpose even netcut defender smart dude

yeah port forward not a wizard to fix that problem but i need to get little lower of my current ping to 150 (my ping =200)
