Napster, auto balance is automatically turned off in private matches. He's clearly asking how to have more than 9 players in one team, as MW2 by default do not allow this.

 

inteLzzz, you'll need a modified _teams.gsc, or put this value in any .GSC:

 

level.teamLimit = 18;
