every game that i want to play loads always normal and then this error pops up, my internet connection is fine this never happend in win 7 when i changed to win 8 then it started..

Maybe the problem is with a firewall installed on the computer?

try this:

go to control panel -> network and internet -> network devices -> right click on ur router -> properties -> settings(wait some time)-> add->

give a name to the rule (ex: iw5m), type ur ip (go to cmd and type ipconfig for ur ip), then choose UDP and write 3074 on the two textboxes then ok -> ok

and thats it.
