[HELP] Dedicated Server

i cant see my server in the online serverlist nor can i connect to it with my local ip.

i followed the dedicated server setup tutorial, disabled my firewall and forwarded the ports.

Please help i tried everything :(

What ip are you using to connect to the server locally? /connect 192.168.x.x right? Only that IP works for local. And if it won't appear in the server list, you sure you filters are set right? and try looking at the online server list, maybe it's there. :P

yes and yes, but it worked perfectly when i had win 7 before i installed win 8

Well, it can't be the two things at the same time. Either the server is on the computer that you're playing on, or not.

I'm just asking this to realize if the computer's firewall might have something to do with it (firewall issues apply if the server if being hosted on any other computer, but won't apply if you're trying to connect to a server being hosted on that same computer as you're playing on)
