Hello fellow fourDeltaOne players. I've just decided that I'd take a break from IW5M and return to IW4M and re-initiate my server.

 

Upon editing some files (primarily the server.cfg), and going about running the .exe, this error proceeded to appear.

 

 

Thanks for any advice or suggestions.

We both know what your problem is... you really need to move from that messed up Vista...

Looking at that now, seems that a device stopped responding properly. Errors like that can be caused by a problem with the sound device driver.

Mmkay, I'll check out my drivers.

 

And I've never had problems with running servers on Vista before.

 

EDIT: Nothing wrong with my sound device driver.....this is starting to get annoying.....why the hell would this happen all of a sudden, not a single dramatic change has occured upon my computer since the last time I ran a server......first I couldn't run a IW5M server suddenly....now I can't run a freaking IW4M server......never once happened before....

That's why I told you to move on from it, once I saw those python runtime errors, the other time when I tried to fix your b3.
