Hey guys!

 

I've installed IW4M normaly with the Installer. No problems while installtion but when i try to start the game, i become this (after login):

 

Error during initialization (Fatal Error (0xc0000005))

Here some helpfull speccs:

 

Steam: Online, MW2 bought, profile public

PC: AMD quadcore 3,1GHz, 16GB DDR3 ram, 500GB Seagate Baracuda HDD, AMD Readon HD 6550D

OS: Win7 Ultimate

Check if your folder looks like this:

 

%appdata%\IW4M folder should look like that:

and your actual game directory like that:

If you are using a legit version of the game, do not delete any steam related files of course.

This is just to get rid of old aIW files and unnecessary stuff.

I dunno have the folder "%appdata%\IW4M" :oo

It's actually

%localappdata%\IW4M

The %localappdata%\IW4M is right but the other not..

Hey bro, go update your entire mw2 on STEAM. My method was checking for updates is going to the steam application and right clicking mw2 then properties. Following that I clicked the tab updates and keep this game up to date. It started updating itself and after I tried 4D1 MW2 since I was having this issue aswell and was at wits end with it. It worked! Try it
