Running a 64-bit Machine by the way, Windows 7 Professional.

I've seen alot of threads, and I've seen alot of fixes too.

I've done this:

Set iw5m.dat as trusted application in Comodo, allowed all access for it. Ran as Administrator

Updated time on Windows 7 (time.windows.com)

Get this error:

(CHECK SCREENSHOT IN ATTACHMENTS)

Used the NISTIME 32 Tool. (Note: Before, ran XP 32 bit, and setting it to Colorado worked, but now on Win 7, all I get are errors)

Get this:

(CHECK SCREENSHOT IN ATTACHMENTS)

Set it as a trusted NISTIME application on Comodo Firewall, not sure how to do it on Avast.

Ran it as administrator too... no such luck.

I've used the Atomic tool.

I've used "set process to Normal" method.

None of these work.

Normal MW 3 doesn't work either, unless I do the "process to normal" method. The NAT type it says is Open.

Anything I'm doing wrong?

Regards.

lolwhat? Thats comodo up there?

Also, I tried setting it to low priority, waited till "server are not available issue blah blah blah" then set it to normal. Then it said, "Fetching online profile" when I clicked play, then came up with this.

Servers didn't work either, neither does play.

*Facepalm* Tried normal MW 3, and that doesn't work either. Looked into strict Nat type (I had that on MW 3 Yesterday, before it stopped working), and found this program, called UPnP test program, and it gave me all passes, however, still Strict Nat type. Not sure if revelance to IW5M, but since normal MW 3 doesn't work anymore, might aswell give the program a go.

TEST 1 - Operating System Support - PASSED

TEST 2 - SSDP Service Running Check - PASSED

TEST 3 - SSDP Service Automatic Check - PASSED

TEST 4 - UPnPHost Service Running Check - PASSED

TEST 5 - UPnPHost Service Automatic Check - PASSED

TEST 6 - UPnP Framework Firewall Exception Check - PASSED

TEST 7 - Adapter #0 - 192.168.0.4 - PASSED

TEST 8 - Get External IP Address (Result: 90.196.10.48) - PASSED

Guessing its the rule expection stuff? No idea how to make a rule exception for the port on Comodo Firewall as listed in that thread of fixes. "Port 3074 is being blocked. Open exception rules (both TCP and UDP) for port 3074 on whatever firewall that might be blocking it (either windows, anti-virus or router firewall)."

Comodo = Firewall? then

Firewall of any kind = BAD

Turn firewall off = profit.

Uninstall any other firewall = even more profit.

Alright, Ill turn it off and test it.

However, Comodo + Avast worked fine on XP 32 bit.

We're talking about anti-virus... wich change versions faster than we change clothes :P

Comodo + Avast on XP times has nothing to do with it's current versions.

Some days ago we had a bunch of topics (on the same day) about IW4M not working when AVG launched a broken definition update. A few hours later, those complains stopped (surely another definition update that fixed it)

In just 1 day or less, everything changes on an anti-virus.

This is the problem I've been getting, which always ends with: (The c of d: Modern warfare3 server is not available at this time please try blah blah etc...)

I've tried everything(turning both firewall and avg off) still does the same. The only thing I havent tried is the forwarding port method because I havent got a clue what to do(I do know where you change it, just not what to do). I'm using a Virgin super hub if anyone can help me out.

cheers

EDIT: Fixed(Stuck at connection to online services thread)
