IWM5 AND FS_BuildOSPath: os path length exceeded

i upgraded to win 8 pro never had a problem with the game.I backed up installation folder before upgrade and copied everything back to c drive.I get this when i enter gameplay: FS_BuildOSPath: os path length exceeded.I also re installed game and changed game settings to low still the same.Is there any way to save my game play if and how there is any way to fix this.
