Serwer connection time out with NAT status: OPEN

Hi i am a new guy on this forum. I have a error when i want connect to serwer. It's just connecting and after few minutes give alert "serwer connection time out" . I have a OPEN NAT all dlc's and newest client i think.

 

How can I fix this problem? Please help me if you can :roll:
