ok now i rebooted and start the game but it says same error but dmp file is different and i realize there's 7 dmp file on mw2 folder before the reboot it was six it's created the 7th one is it normal

This is most probably a messed up installation, or folder permission issues.

Ok, this crash is being caused by faulty ieshims.dll and ieframe.dll modules (and it's dependencies)

Does anyone know how to fix these kind of problems without reinstalling windows? (regsvr32 is giving errors too, when I try to register ieframe.dll, although ieframe.dll is on system32)

On another note... all computers where I'm seeing these ieshims.dll errors, have chrome installed...

Try to run and install the setups "vcredist_x86.exe" and "dotnetfx.exe, located in your subfolder "redist".

If it don't works, unfortunately you have to re-install your Windows System.

I think he can download the both dll's and paste them in his Windows folder, but only a guess :?

i had this problem i did the following and it fixed my fatal error issue

uninstalle chrome,uninstall microsoft framework 4 or whichever you got,uninstal visual c++ , then install framework 4.0 and install visual c++ 2010 and also install fresh directx once.
