A good quality psu is these days a must, those are platinum/gold rated, you have to keep in mind adding another card in future for xfire/SLi is an option. I am sure they're avail for Rs.5k-7k.

Those so-called "gold", "platinum", "silver" and "bronze" ratings are bullshit

not bullshit, just only related to efficiency, nothing else

did I say efficiency had any relevance to stability and such?

Masato, its experience speaking, I had a cheapass psu it literally blew up, took other components of my pc with it (most). -.- fine if you wanna side with local ones.

The difference between a "bronze 80Plus" PSU and a normal "80Plus" PSU is negligible, you're not going to save much more money at normal use by buying a "bronze 80Plus" PSU over a normal "80Plus" PSU.

There's a difference between buying a quality PSU and a Gold/Platinum efficiency one (note efficiency; this only affects how much power you're using from the powerpoint). Almost any PSU from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic etc. will last for years upon years and, if you do your research, will supply you with all the connectors you could possibly need.
