Delete iw5m.ini in your IW5M Directory and enter your username and password when you Launch IW5M

And how can you be sure he is using IW5M ? Or that he even has the .ini ? Anyways, OP, delete IW4M.ini/IW5M.ini if you have it, re-launch the game and enter in your credentials, do note, it has to be exactly the same as on this forum.
