I got on United-Gamerz TDM today and ran into this guy [ARG]Gonza shooting me through solid foliage (trees) with no possible way of seeing me (killcam shows him panning and scanning and then precisely shoot - not spray). I accuse him of wallhacks and he says that he had modified the game to exclude the trees and that he was told on the 4d1 forums that this was acceptable. So if modifying the config file to remove obstacles like graphical environment is legit what's the point of trying to make this game as close to the original file as possible. I can understand removing the sun, or excess fog and stuff to improve fps if you have an older computer - but removing graphics to see what's beyond it without uav is a bit much.

Thanks LoserSM for that reply. I had asked the UG admins online at the time and they didn't seem to care as to whether this was legit or not. More often that not this seems to be the preferred way to "cheat" on mw2. Still love watching killcams where a guy comes around a corner and instantly homes in on a target that's difficult to see - at best!

Well, he could also just be lying and he really was using a simple wallhack. Also, never believe others until you see it for yourself. Let it be a lesson in life for you.
